Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of gaining a wealth of valuable experience working with children and teenagers of varying learning levels, cultural backgrounds, and personal circumstances at a school in Lower Austria. This diversity has had a profound impact on me as a teacher and has shown me how important it is to recognize and support each child in their individual development.
It’s especially important to me that children recognize their own progress and focus on their personal development. I want to help them discover their strengths, develop them further, and use them in meaningful ways. At the same time, it is close to my heart that every child recognizes how valuable and unique they are in God’s eyes.
My faith is an essential part of my life. In addition to my career as a teacher, I have been actively involved in my church for many years and have long desired to combine these two areas.
Together with the children, I want to continually rediscover God and explore how He works. In doing so, it’s important to me to show them that faith isn’t separate from life and that we can recognize God in His creation, in our relationships, and even in our learning.
It is with great joy that I embark on this new chapter together with the team and the children and youth of MCA, and that we discover together what plans God has in store for us.
