The child over fourteen agrees to the use of pictures of the child in publications of the MCA and also on the internet or otherwise, especially those pictures that were taken at the MCA, provided that pictures do not in any way degrade or misrepresent the child. The child over fourteen confers the unlimited right of use to the MCA regarding all his/her works that are protected by copyright and that were created in connection to the MCA. The granting of the rights of use shall be free of charge.

The custodial parents or guardians agree to the use of pictures of their child under fourteen in publications of the MCA and also on the internet or otherwise, especially those pictures that were taken at the MCA, provided that pictures do not in any way degrade or misrepresent the child. The custodial parents or guardians confer the unlimited right of use to the MCA regarding all works of their child that are protected by copyright and that were created in connection to the MCA. The granting of the rights of use shall be free of charge.

Expanded privacy statement

The child over fourteen and the custodial parents or guardians of the child under fourteen expressly agree that the personal data they provided by completing the contract with MCA, such as name, marital status, profession, address and religious confession of the legal guardian as well as name, address, health status (including allergies and vaccinations) and religious confession of the child may be used by MCA for the proper care and education of the child. 

The child over fourteen and the custodial parents or guardians of the child under fourteen expressly agree that for the purpose of complying with legal obligations, the school provider may transfer relevant and necessary personal data to third parties such as authorities, tax consultant, legal consultant and the education authority of the Free Churches in Austria.

The child over fourteen and the custodial parents or guardians of the child under fourteen expressly agree that for the purpose of maintaining the operation of the school and the kindergarten as well as for the safety of the child, relevant and necessary personal data may be transferred to third parties such as suppliers, service providers, rescue services and medical practitioners.

MCA expressly points out to the custodial parents or guardians that they have the right to request that submitted personal data be deleted, provided and only to the extent that there are no legal obligations for MCA to keep this information.
